(2016/17, Purchased PHX Condo): I happened to meet Bryce at a showing of a small urban infill project; ten or so minutes later I was insisting that he join my downtown Phoenix investment condo search. And my intuition was spot on, as I couldn't have asked for a better, more fluid, more positive home-buying experience. This wasn't my first trip to the home-buying rodeo, and in the past I'd struggled to find a realtor who 1) would be responsive to (and tolerant of) my incessant questions and requests, 2) I could trust completely, and 3) would be gung ho about the search and never make me feel like a hassle or like I'm wasting anyone’s time just because I’m the type who likes to see and consider everything. Well Bryce brought these qualities to the table in droves. As evidence of the first quality, I could count on getting an informed response back no matter what time I texted or emailed him. In fact, I often felt guilty about contacting him because I knew he'd drop whatever it was he was doing to help me! As for quality 2, my past experience with realtors is that you always have to remind yourself to stay true to your original budget and plan, because before you know it you'll be considering houses that are twice as expensive as the ones you originally set out looking for. Bryce, on the contrary, when I would start getting tempted by various condos’ bells and whistles, would remind me that this was an investment property that I was buying, and that many of these shiny features were entirely useless for my purposes. I can only imagine where my search might have taken me without Bryce’s tact and guidance. And finally, to support quality 3, in the end I found the perfect unit, and all because of Bryce. The unit was at a brand new development that was still being built, and I didn't even want to go to the viewing/tour we had scheduled, as I had my heart set on a condo at another development. But Bryce insisted that it was worth a look so I went. And thankfully I did because, long story short, we found the perfect condo. Short story long: just before I had the chance to speak to the sales office about reserving the condo I had liked, a couple ahead of me that was on the tour signed for it first. We were told that there were now no other condos available in my price range. But . . . that didn’t stop Bryce from calling the head listing agent and making clear that if any units were to ever come on the market, contact Bryce first. Sure enough, after a few weeks of Bryce’s follow-up texts and calls, the listing agent informed us that a unit was now on the market in my price range, and I was able to snag it. So clearly this review got away from me a bit, got a little long. But just take that as further evidence of what a great realtor Bryce is. I mean just think, how good does a realtor have to be to inspire a (quite busy) client to spend a couple hours on a page-long, single spaced review! So let me end with this: very unique to the Bryce Hull experience is the positive vibe that he always brings with him. He often talks about how rewarding it can be to help clients find that perfect home, and it won't take you long with Bryce to realize that this isn't a sales pitch. He totally means it. His actions back it up. So yeah, anyone looking for a realtor needs to stop what they're doing and call Bryce Hull. When I first met him, my gut told me he'd make a perfect partner in my search for a downtown Phoenix high-rise investment condo, and I’m certain that anyone who simply talks to Bryce will come away with the same feeling. - Eric
